Simple! Ezekiel cinnamon raisin English muffin with 0% Greek yogurt and sprinkle of cinnamon!

Eating healthy while out and about!

Went to breakfast with the kids this morning and had a great healthy meal for under 7.00! Veggie omelet and fruit. 320 calories! It was so large u could only eat half! Look at the menu, make changes if you need too! Most places will steam veggies, replace side with healthier ones too!

Clean eating

Pear, cheese and honey quesadilla!! Just what it is! Cooked exactly like any other quesadilla, but this one is good for you!! I used Ezekiel tortilla.

Kids lunches

Healthy and fun!!nothing to it, if you do your prep work on Sunday, it's super easy to put these together! Ziplock containers and muffin cups!

Breakfast!

One egg, two egg whites. Cook into omelet and then add a bit of skim motz cheese and strawberry all fruit!

Easy lunch!

Ezekiel tortilla with spinach, green peppers, avocado, carrots and hummus!

Progress

Went up on my weights a while ago and have seen great results! Weight training is super effective in weight loss! Cut back on the cardio and hit the weights! Treat your cardio as a accessory to your workouts, doing 3-4 days a week and no more than 20 min! Hit the weights and see results!

Whey protein

Purchased some new protein powder the other day. I love this stuff! Helping me put on some muscle!

Don't forget to snack!

It's important to have a little something in between meals. Try this. Simple yet very effective! Cut up apple and a handful of raw almonds!
