From one of the little lettuce heads

My son has been wanting to get into the kitchen and make these forever.
He told me exactly what he needed from the store. I got the items and he did all the work himself.
These are so good!!!
A nice little treat!
*Melted dark chocolate, put over raw pecans and sprinkled with unsweetened coconut!

Turkey meatballs and pasta

1 lb ground turkey mashed together with basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic.
Cooked on 375 for about 3o minutes.
Served with 1 can organic, no salt added fire roasted tomatoes, carrots, red peppers, onions, zucchini, and green peppers. The veggies are cooked stove top in a but of olive oil. All over some 100% whole grain pasta.

Garden update

I wish I had a picture of the snake we found, he was tangled up in the net of the garden!
Just a garden snake, but still scary!
We are starting to see good progress with the veggies! Excited to be able to make something with these fresh little guys!!
