1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 ripe smashed banana
1tsp b powder
1/2 cup ground oats
Cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder
Mix all in blender (I used my blender bottle)
Makes 3 large or 5 small pancakes.
I served mine with a drizzle of agave, sliced bananas and pecans.
