Clean eating...

It's what works.
Just eat healthy!
The picture on the left is me. Working out 6 days a week, spin classes, lifting weights, but eating whatever I wanted!

The picture on the right is me. Working out 5 days a week at home, running 2-3 times a week, but eating clean.
